One Way: Jesus
The talk emphasizes following Jesus as the path to God and fulfillment, highlighting the importance of imitating His ways, sharing God's love daily, and finding strength and joy in personal encounters with Him. It underscores love for others as a key aspect of faith, and the necessity of establishing a personal relationship with Jesus through prayer and trust. Focusing on Jesus brings spiritual stability, unity, peace, and resilience, especially during tough times, as illustrated by a story of finding hope amidst adversity.

To Be Holy

One Choice: God’s Will
The talk addresses the inevitability of difficult decisions in life, ranging from major choices to daily dilemmas. It introduces prayerful discernment of the Spirit, following Saint Ignatius' guidelines to determine God's will by distinguishing His promptings from other influences. Seven key attitudes are highlighted for an authentic discernment process, such as openness and courage. Through examples of holy people, and practical steps like prayer and reflection, the talk guides listeners on discerning God's will and seeking confirmation.

One Fruit: Unity with God
The talk emphasizes walking together as a united community in Christ to bear much fruit by spreading God's love and drawing people closer to Him. It stresses the importance of loving one another, serving, sharing burdens, utilizing talents, and staying connected to Jesus. Evaluating if our lives reflect God's purpose and lead others to Him is crucial, along with contrasting modern ideologies with Jesus' teachings for true guidance. The significance of one holy sacrament as a profound union with the divine and a heavenly reunion with God.
